The Best Essential Oils for Your Skin

For post-outdoors times, essential oils can help replenish your skin and protect it from sun damage. Here are some of our favorite recipes for skincare:
Post Skin Exfoliation Scrub
You can make an after sun exfoliation serum to help reverse sun damage by mixing 1 tablespoon each of jojoba oil, honey and fresh-squeezed lemon juice with a third cup of sugar and 4 drops of lemon essential oil. Apply this scrub to your face at night and massage into your skin for about a minute. Then rinse off and use your nightly moisturizer as usual.
Hydrating Face Mask
To make this face mix ¼ cup aloe vera gel, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, and 3 drops myrrh essential oil. Apply the mix to your face and wear for 10 minutes before rinsing off.
